Job Description | Responsible for providing supportive services at Sol’s multifamily housing developments. Examples include determining the service needs of eligible residents, then the coordination and delivery of services to each property as prescribed. Administering weekly food pantry and working with property managers to coordinate resident social events. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and propose changes when warranted. |
