The FFAM is shorthand for our Family Friendly Awardee Membership program. Family Friendly New Mexico is thrilled to offer awardees annual membership with exclusive access to:

- attendance to FFNM quarterly workshops that are CEU approved

Professional Consulting on Family Friendly Policies.
This benefits allows you to work one-on-one with a member of the Family Friendly NM consulting team to review your current family friendly policies, helping you to implement additional policies or enhance the policies already in place.
Family Friendly Network Events.
Members-only networking events are in-person events held quarterly and hosted by awardee companies. These events provide an opportunity to engage with other family friendly awardees, network, learn and share creative ways to enhance and implement family friendly policies.
Family Friendly CEU Approved Workshops.
Use your member benefits to attend our quarterly workshops. Our workshops are designed to raise awareness about FFNM as a trusted resource for business leaders and HR professionals helping attendees learn how to implement supportive family friendly workplace policies. Panelists and guest speakers share best practices and exciting resources to help businesses strengthen family friendly policy and practice. Workshops are also CEU approved.
Listing on Premium Business Directory & Job Board.
Share details about your business and promotions, post current job listings and business details. Use your benefit and be listed in our Business Directory to help recruit qualified employees and promote your business as a leader in the community.
Additional Information
Benefits can be used by one staff member or split between multiple staff members. There is no need to be logged into your Account Portal to redeem benefits. Your unique coupon code can be used on our website (nmfamilyfriendlybusiness.org) by any individual you have given access.

About
The Family Friendly New Mexico program takes a positive approach to transforming workplace policies in the state by offering training and resources on how businesses can adopt more family friendly policies; awards and recognition for companies that offer their employees family friendly benefits; and act as a resource and clearinghouse of information for businesses and community leaders as they develop policies on issues such as paid family leave, retirement planning and health insurance. In 2010, approximately 60% of New Mexico children had all parents in the workplace.
Family Friendly New Mexico is a nonprofit program that recognizes New Mexico businesses with family friendly policies. It does not advocate but simply works to promote family friendly business practices to New Mexico business.
Family Friendly New Mexico was created by the New Mexico Task Force on Work Life Balance to recognize and celebrate New Mexico businesses that have family friendly policies in place, including paid leave, health support, work schedules and economic support. The statewide task force was created by the New Mexico State Legislature in 2010. Any New Mexico business is eligible to apply for the Family Friendly Business award.
