This course was specially designed for small business owners to learn how to create a family friendly workplace where you can increase employee recruitment, engagement and retention while fostering an inclusive culture. This self-paced course will guide learners on creating an employee handbook framework focused on family friendly workplace policies.

This easy-to-navigate course is being released at a time when businesses owners are seeing high numbers of employees leaving their jobs following the economic trend known as the Great Resignation. It is imperative for businesses to learn these important tools to support employees. Although developed for small business owners, this course is equally beneficial for larger organizations to educate their existing HR teams on all family friendly related policies.
