Are you feeling uncertain about how to go from making a statement to actually making this commitment show up in your day-to-day operations? Family Friendly New Mexico is your trusted resource for information, guidance and connection to the tools you need to support the implementation of family friendly policies in the workplace.

We are on the journey with you to make anti-racism in your business/organization an actionable process that supports your employees and demonstrates the benefits of building and growing a diverse, inclusive and equitable business. This workshop is the first in a series to provide the resources and tools that will support you on this journey.

In this workshop you will learn about the categories of family friendly policies with a focus on our Platinum category of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) — and why it matters. In this session you will:

  • Clarify and deepen your personal commitment to DEI in your organization
  • Understand what racism and anti-racism
  • Learn about actionable resources available to support your work to make anti-racism an integral part of your operations
  • Have the ability to identify two action item takeaways that you can start working on right away
