- Award Certificate: is available for download for Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.
- Website Recognition: all current award recipients are listed on the Family Friendly New Mexico website.
- Window Cling: mailed to Silver, Gold and Platinum levels to display in your workplace.
- Print Advertising: Recipients receive recognition in a print ad.
- Press Release: templates for promoting your award.
- Business Directory: listing includes logo, job posting, and more.
- Social Media: visibility as a family friendly business through our recognition posts.
- Invitation to the Annual Family Friendly Business Awards Luncheon: be recognized on stage and receive your award.

- Offer free online toolkits for businesses owners and HR professionals to gain more knowledge about family friendly policies and how to implement them in the workplace.
- Create a network of support. Family Friendly New Mexico’s educational and networking events provide a unique opportunity for attendees to collaborate and share their successes and challenges to develop business strategies that really work.
- Provide the Family Friendly Workplace Blog offering expert advice and tips to support employers.
